Description

Application Example 1 of Detector

A user of a Haier refrigerator claimed that it was not cooling. After a repairman came to inspect it, it was found that the variable frequency compressor was not working. The fault was determined by a detector to be a broken variable frequency board. There are quite a few leaks in Haier refrigerators, and the technician used the compressor detection function to directly start the compressor and let it work for 1 minute. There was no temperature rise when touching the high-pressure pipe. Determine if there is a pipeline leak, communicate with the user and bring it back to the store to replace the pipe and frequency converter board. Perfect repair, avoiding the embarrassment of the compressor working but still not cooling after replacing the inverter board. Win user trust and improve maintenance efficiency.

Application Example 2 of Detector

A user reported that their refrigerator was not cooling, and the repairman came to inspect and found that the variable frequency compressor was not working. Using a detector, it was determined that the compressor was faulty, and the refrigerator often had internal leaks. To ensure safety, with the user’s consent, the process port was opened and no refrigerant was discharged. Notify the user that they need to be taken back to the store to replace the compressor and pipeline. After obtaining the user’s consent, they can be taken back for repair.

Application Example 3 of Detector

A user reported that their refrigerator’s refrigeration compartment was not cooling. After a technician came to inspect, it was found that the solenoid valve was not reversing. The tester determined that the solenoid valve was faulty and provided a quote for replacement. Troubleshooting

Application Example 4 of Detector

A user of a Haier refrigerator claimed that it was not cooling. After a repairman came to inspect it, it was found that the variable frequency compressor was not working. The fault was determined by a detector to be a broken variable frequency board. There are quite a few leaks inside the Haier refrigerator, and the technician used the compressor detection function to directly start the compressor and let it work for 1 minute. The high-pressure pipe felt hot when touched by hand. After confirming that the pipeline is functioning properly, provide a quotation to the user. Quick repair, win user trust, and improve maintenance efficiency.

Application Example 5 of Detector

A refrigerator user said it doesn’t cool, but after a repairman came to inspect it, it was found that the variable frequency compressor was not working. Using a detector, it was determined that both the variable frequency board and compressor were in good condition. Then, using a multimeter to measure the motherboard, it was found that the 12V power supply was only 9.5 volts. Upon observation, there was a slight bulge in the power filter capacitor. After replacement, the refrigerator worked normally. Perfect repair, win user trust, and improve repair efficiency. Avoiding detours.
